WHAT is POMODORO TECHNIQUE?
It’s a philosophy of working created by Francesco Cirillo. It assumes that work should be divided into pomodoros (usually 25 minutes in length) - actions separated by short (5 minutes) breaks. Traditionally after four actions we should make a longer break (ex. 20/30 minutes).
